HJD Consulting specializes in assisting biotech/pharmaceutical companies in streamlining access to information resources and capturing institutional knowledge. Through implementation of appropriate resources and development of necessary infrastructure, we can ensure that your organization is positioned to make strategic decisions in a timely manner. 

A Librarian by training, I have spent over twenty years helping end users locate and access information in various settings from academic to corporate, over a decade of which has been focused on pharma.  I am a certified knowledge manager and have demonstrated success in implementing KM and information systems.  I am well versed in the resources that support the information needs across the life sciences industry and am adept at working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to eliminate knowledge silos, streamline processes and train end users in order to enhance productivity and enable agile decision making.

I began my consulting business in 2015 after Cubist Pharmaceuticals was acquired by Merck. With Cubist colleagues sprinkled throughout the biotech/pharma companies in the area, and lacking the easy access to content that they were used to, they began to reach out for advice. Thus, I became an entrepreneur - or an infopreneur?
